How to Make Online Payments
MyChart Users
Patients who utilized ETSU Health's MyChart are able to pay for services rendered on or after 4/1/2025 and may even set up payment plans.
Paying Online Without MyChart
Patients who do not utilize MyChart, or who would like to make an online payment for services rendered prior to 4/1/2025, may do so.
What You Will Need:
- Your Statement
- Your Credit Card or Bank Information
- Your Email Address: a receipt will be sent to this address
How Will My Payment Be Applied?
Payments will be applied to the oldest outstanding balance on the Patient Account Number entered and will not be applied to any other billing account.- Payments will be posted on the next business day.
